Program Design
We create safe and effective exercise programs based on your individual goals and needs. To ensure that you're ready to tackle your workouts on your own, we meet regularly to explain your program, teach new exercises, and review proper technique. Programs are four weeks in duration and include elements of strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy, speed, and power. We offer:
- Check-in calls with unlimited e-mail support
- Regular assessments to track progress and set new goals
- Motivation, education, and inspiration along the way
