How We Work

With great attention to detail and exceptional customer service, we're committed to helping our clients get results. Here's a step by step summary of how to get started:

  1. Initial Phone Consultation (10-15 minutes)  The first step is to contact us for a phone consultation. We'll ask a few basic questions and answer any general questions that you have. If we both think it's a good fit, we'll schedule a face-to-face consultation and assessment.
  2. Consultation and Assessment (60 minutes)  Here we review your health, exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle history, discuss your goals in more detail, and complete a functional movement screening. At this time, we also assess suitability, provide a more detailed explanation of our services, and answer any additional questions that you might have. If you're then ready to commit, we move ahead to step 3.
  3. Health and Wellness Questionnaire  Before we can begin, we obtain additional valuable information that will be instrumental in step 4. Once all necessary paperwork is complete, we can schedule your first session.
  4. Design & Development  Using the information obtained in steps 1 through 3, we design a plan or program that will safely and effectively meet your objectives. This process is ever evolving during our time together.
  5. Re-Assessment  We use a number of different methods to assess your progress and make adjustments to your program or plan as needed. Our approach to motivate, educate, and counsel each client is unique for each session since each individual is different.
