  1. I already know what I want. Do I still have to go through the consultation process?

    Clients that are interested in Fascial Stretch Therapy only, can skip the face-to-face consultation and assessment. All other clients must go through the consultation process before getting started. It's important to us that we learn more about you so that we can better assist you with your goals. Just like we want you to feel confident in our programs, we want to feel confident that you’re ready to commit; the consultation process helps with this.

  2. How often do you track my progress?

    Every session. We track every detail so we can measure your progress on a regular basis. Methods of assessment vary from client to client and are discussed in more detail in your first session (formal assessments are not required).

  3. How long is each session?

    Sessions are 60 minutes in length although sometimes your Coach may ask you to schedule a shorter or longer appointment if needed. BioSignature Modulation follow up assessments can be as quick as 15-20 minutes.

    Session lengths vary for workshops, courses, and presentations.

  4. Where do sessions take place?

    Sessions take place at a mutually agreed upon location such as a studio, condominium exercise room, outdoor park, coffee shop, or home gym. Although we are based out of Toronto, we have clients from all over with skype, phone, and email support. No distance is too far.

  5. I've never worked out before. Is this appropriate for me?

    Yes. We work with people who are serious about change regardless of workout or health history. Some of our best success stories come from clients who had never participated in an exercise program before starting with us. Your past shapes you but it doesn't define you.

  6. I don't live in the Guelph or Toronto area. Can you still help me?

    Yes. If we are unable to accommodate your location request and you're unable to commute to Guelph or Toronto, we can do your sessions over the phone with e-mail and skype support. We also have an extensive network of fitness professionals that we can put you in touch with if we are unable to assist you directly.

  7. I am an athlete training with a team or an athlete training for a specific event. What do you recommend?

    We can create a specialized program to help you prepare for your event. If you are training with a team or large group, we can also communicate with your coach or instructor to create a program that will compliment your current routine.

  8. How do I pay?

    We offer a variety of different payment options to suit your needs (pay-as-you-go, discounted pre-paid sessions, and billing for services rendered). Methods of payment include cash, debit, and all major credit cards.
