Mimic The Caveman
This tends to be my quick answer when someone asks me how they should train or what they should eat after learning what I do... mimic the caveman! Years ago, we didn't have the health problems that we have today and there are some very real answers why. Although genetically we are not too different from our ancestors, our circumstances are much different. We eat different. We work different. We play different. As a result, we face things like structural imbalances in the body, depression, anxiety, sleep problems, cancer, and stress just to name a few.
When working with our clients, we take a much more detailed approach however exploring a paleothic diet is a good start for anyone looking to improve overall health and wellness.
